Client treatments are by appointment, with after hour consultations available.

We are usually able to schedule appointments for the same or following day, however, urgent cases will be seen immediately.

To provide this level of service, we require your co-operation to give early notice if you are unable to attend an appointment on time. For our part, we will ensure that we keep as closely to schedule as possible.

Rebates are available from all registered health care funds if ancillary cover is included. These rebates can be claimed at the time of consultation through our Healthpoint and EFTPOS facilities.

Referrals

A referral is not necessary to attend a physiotherapist, however, patients making a claim through Workers compensation, Motor Vehicle Insurance and the Department of Veterans Affairs will require one.

As part of our examination it is important for you to notify us of any medical treatment you may be receiving in relation to your condition. This then gives us a good overall view of your condition and ensures that the most appopriate treatment is given.

We work closely with general practitioners, medical specialists, dieticians and other health professionals and if we consider it advisable, you may be referred to them for specialist advice.
